DyKnow Vision – Rev Up the Student-Teacher Computer Experience! (V)

DyKnow Vision software fosters interaction through collaborative note taking,student response tools, content replay, and anywhere, anytime access.  Teachers can use DyKnow Vision to instantly transmit content to student screens for annotation. DyKnow Vision works with desktops, laptops, Tablet PC’s, and interactive whiteboards in fixed, mobile, and distance-learning environments. This is a great add-on to any school, but is an absolute must for those with laptop carts or planned 1-to-1 initiatives!

This presentation is designed to explore these changes and how they might impact school funding and will also cover the establishment of a School District Compliance program, which will seek to minimize these risks and also explore some of the changes we expect to see in the 2007 program year.

The North Carolina History Digital Textbook Project

LEARN NC is collaborating with libraries, museums, and educators to develop a ''digital textbook'' for eighth-grade North Carolina history. Designed for 21st-century learning, it is based on primary sources and student inquiry and integrated with multimedia and information technology. Participants will learn about the project and preview the first modules.
